With the aim of providing the production of the services presented with respect to the requests of the customers, providing the organization of the activities in the institute, continuous development of the activities, and providing the achievement of profitability with the active participation of all employees providing the satisfaction of the customers, employees and the society, organizing the system by forming the policy and the objectives, and fulfilling the requirements of Total Quality Management (TQM) System Standard.
Providing the adaptation to legal regulation relevant to Work Health and Safety and other requirements, protection of the health of the employees, providing the safety of service and operation, controlling the risks with respect to continuity, execution of work relevant to the removal of possibility of accidents and risks and the reduction of their effects, prevention of the hazards arising from work, environment and social activities, providing the use of the most appropriate equipment, machinery, installation and technology for individual protection, providing continuous development in Work Health and Safety System, taking the required preventive measures to protect from the hazards arising from reasons such as machinery, equipment, method, location used during the execution of work taking required preventive measures by following-up and analyzing the work related accidents that may occur and/occurred, providing the fulfillment of the requirements of Work Health and Safety Management System.
Fulfillment of the requirements of the Environmental Law, relevant legal legislation and ISO 14001 Standard; fulfillment of the responsibilities at all stages starting from the formation of wastes, even earlier than formation, until their disposal which is the final point, separate collection of wastes and control of their transportation to the waste site, re-use, follow-up of their transportation process to the authorized bodies for recycling and/or disposal; evaluation of the size and effects on the environment by taking into consideration of all effects we have mainly the air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, natural source consumption in order to reduce the harm on the environment to a minimum and to control effectiveness by preparing action for environmental risks; with the aim of underlining the importance of the environment once more, providing the active participation in World Environment Day Events.
Determination of the things to do in case of an emergency, and planning actions, preparation of Emergency and Civil Defense plans, provision of the required emergency/civil defense, material and equipment, providing the maintenance and follow up of those existing, provision of the implementation of the civil defense and emergency requirements within the company, observation of the legal requirements related to civil defense, their examination and provision of the fulfillment of the requirements.
